God is a DJ again

Since the late 1990s, Hilight Tribe occurred everywhere in the world: India , Japan , US , Spain , Ireland , South America , Portugal , Germany , Morocco ... The group was enriched diverse cultures and artistic exchange through these many travels. Traditionally, Hilight Tribe occurs from March to December, taking advantage of the months of January and February to rest. Each of their tour consists of 40 to 60 dates.

In 2008 , after several postponements, the band released Trancelucid their 6 th album. Originally planned in the spring and in the summer, before being announced for the start, it was finally in the fall it is finally available. These include successive delays due to special attention given during the mixing of this album and arrangements, consisting of a sound by its decomposition, to achieve impeccable quality listening. Hayo Whicked of Belgians are at the origin of this work.

In 2014, the band played at the festival "Au Fil Du Son" (Civray), the festival "No logo Festival" (Fraisans) ...

In 2014, the new album Temple of Light is accompanied by the film "Live in India", directed by Gwen Arm on their tour in India 1 . The group is also the Boom Festival the same year.

Thanks to their ethnic and Western instruments, these five musicians and their sound engineer convey a message to all generations. djembes , congas , sitar , didgeridoo , guitar, vocals , bass and drums are the main elements of a mosaic of about thirty instruments from around the world, they surrounded themselves in the studio and on stage. They transmit ethnic sounds from distant lands, inspiring, space of a concert, travel and escape, all in a true spirit of communion
